Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8-ounces) package of cream cheese
  • 1 (5.1-ounces) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 1 Angel Flake Coconut, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix according to directions on the box. Bake in 12x18x3 inch or 11x15x3 inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes (or as shown on the package for that size cake). Let cool.

Mix softened cream cheese, pudding, and milk until creamy and spread on top of the cooled cake.

On top of this, spread 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well. Spread cool whip on top of pineapples.Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of cake to your liking. You can also add chopped maraschino cherries or nuts. Serve cool.
