Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 ONion Chopped
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Can Green Chiles
  • 1/2 Can Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 Package Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Pound Cheese Graed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground beef and onion in a skillet and brown. Add salt to taste. Mix all other ingredeints except the tortillas and cheese in the skillet and warm. Break each tortilla into four pieces. Alternate the tortillas and meat mixture in a baking dish. Sprikle wth cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
