Ingredients
- 2 C Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 C Cold butter cut in 1/4 " cubes
- 1 1/3 C Grated old cheddar divided
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 lge egg beaten
- 1/4 C fresh chives

Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together
Cut in Butter
Stir in 1 C cheese
in small bowl whisk milk buttermilk and egg together and stir in chives
add milk mixture to form batter
use 1/4 c scoop drip batter on baking sheet
sprinkle 1/3 c cheese on top
bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes
