- 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- 2 green onions (diced)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (coarsely ground)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)

Directions:
1. Mix the cabbage, carrot and green onions in a large bowl.
2. Mix the mayo, sour cream, rice wine vinegar, honey, ginger, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Mix everything together.
