Ingredients

  • 1 c cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c meled butter
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese,shredded
  • 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs abd butter
Press into bottom and sides of 8" pie pan
Cook bacon until crisp and drain
Fry onions in 2 Tbsp bacon fat until tender
Combine crumbled bacon,onions,eggs,sour cream,salt and pepper and Swiss cheese
Pour into pie shell
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
Bake at 375 for 25-30 min
Allow to stand 10 min before cutting
