Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Cloves of garlic, shread or finely chopped
- 1/3 C. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbl. Lemon juice
- 1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Dry mustard
- Fresh ground pepper
- Parmesan Cheese (either mix into dressing or add to salad)

So really this is not the recipe that came out o fthe book I changed it a tad to be honest... All I do is combine all the ingredients into a jar or tightly sealing container and shake it all together till mixed well. It stores well in the fridge.
Scott likes creamy dressing and not a vinigar type dressing so I added mayo to the dressing and shook it together and it was a nice creamy taste but still too much of a vinigar taste for scott.
I hope that you like it!
Oh and the recipe in the book called for anchovies but I can TOTALLY do with out them so I skipped that part ;)
