Ingredients
- 1 Box Dry Hash Browns (like Betty Crocker)
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup cooked Ham
- Diced Green Pepper to taste
- Diced Tomato to taste
- Diced Onion to taste
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2-3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Put hash browns in greased 9x13 pan. Cover with ham, cheese, green pepper, tomato and onion. Mix together eggs, spices, water and milk. Pour over dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Note: you can add or subtract veggies to your liking. You can also substitute pre-cooked sausage for the ham.
