Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c ground vanilla wafers
  • 1 c ground almonds
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c key lime juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pkg melting chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

1 mix wafers and almonds with melted butter. press in pie dish cook at 350 10 mins.

2 mix all other ingredients still smooth. pour in pie dish. bake 350 for 20 mins let cool.

3 set in fridge for 2 hours then slice in to desired size pieces. insert stick in back of slice freeze for 2 hours.

4 melt chocolate according to directions and dip frozen slices in chocolate till covered let set and serve place leftovers if there is any in freezer.
