6 Minute Miracle Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place far apart on cookie sheets.

Flatten to 1/4" thickness with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in flour.

Bake for 6 minutes.

Let cool a minute before removing from sheets. The cookies will firm up upon cooling.
