Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 250 DEGREES
WRAP HAM IN HEAVY DUTY FOIL AND PLACE ON FOIL LINED BAKING SHEET
BAKE HAM AT LEAST 5 HOURS
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO COOL, UNWRAP AND SLICE.
LEFTOVERS CAN BE USED FOR SALADS OR CASSEROLES
USE BONE FOR PEA SOUP
