Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs of vegetable oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
-In a medium bowl beat liquids (use a fork)
-In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients
-Make a well in the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.
-Mix until JUST mixed.
1/4 cup of pancake mix on the griddle or pan.
To Make Buttermilk:
-Substitute 1 cup of buttermilk for your 3/4 cup of milk.
-Decrease baking powder to 1tsp
-Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda
