Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
- 6 eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. salt
- Salsa, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Place the hash browns in an 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese, ham, and chilies.
Beat together the eggs, milk, pepper and salt and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted comes out clean, 55-60 minutes.
