Preparation
Step 1
First Layer: - 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup margarine (melted); 1 tablespoon sugar; 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Combine and press into a 7" X 11" dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Second Layer: - 1- 8 oz package cream cheese (soften); 1 cup powdered sugar. Cream together until smooth. Add 1 cup cool whip. mix together and spread on crust. Chill for fifteen minutes.
Third Layer: 2 3 oz. packages instant pudding (any flavor); 3 cups milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and beat until thick. Spread on second layer and chill.
Fourth Layer: - Top with additional cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. Chill.
