Ingredients

8 Chicken Bottoms
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Paprika
14 oz Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup Duck Sauce
2 Tbsp Sherry Cooking Wine
1/4 cup Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Sprinkle chicken with spices.
Cover and bake 1 hour.
Mix together sauce ingredients.
Smother chicken with sauce and bake uncovered for another 45 minutes to an hour.
