Ingredients
- FIRST lAYER:
- 1 1/4 C. Flour
- 1 stick butter,
- softened
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
- SECOND lAYER:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 container cool whip
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- THIRD LAYER:
- 2-3oz boxes of instant
- chocolate pudding
- 3 cups cold milk.

Preparation
Step 1
First Layer:
Mix and press into bottom of
9 X 13 pan.
Bake 350 for 20 mins. Cool.
Second Layer:
Mix together and put on first
layer.
Third Layer:
Mix well, put on second layer.
Last layer:
The rest of the cool whip & nuts.
