Apple Eggnog Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 box carrot cake mix
• 2 c chopped apples
• 3 eggs
• 1 c eggnog
• 1 Tbsp brazilain ground cinnamon
• 1/4 c oil
• 1 tsp ground vanilla beans
• 2 8oz packages cream cheese ( soften)
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 3 c powdered sugar
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 3 Tbsp eggnog

Preparation

Step 1

1 preheat oven to 350.

2 mix cake mix, eggnog, oil, eggs cinnamon, apples and ground vanilla in bowl till all mix do not beat with electric mixer. bake for 25 mins in 2 (9 in) cake pans.

3 Frosting:: beat cream cheese, sugar,butter, eggnog, extract till smooth. let cool in fridge 10 mins. frost cake after cake is completely cool.
