Ingredients
- 1 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 cups white cheddar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 8 oz. macaroni
- salt
- pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Butter four 14 ounce ovenproof dishes. In a small bowl toss together melted butter, breadcrumbs, and 1/4 cheddar. Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a large sauce pan bring milk to a boil, reduce heat and add cream cheese, stir until melted. Gradually add in remaining cheddar, stir until melted. Add the cooked pasta, salt and pepper. Divide mixture among prepared dishes. Bake until bubbling, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Bake until golden, 10 minutes more.
