Step 1
1. Combine vinegar, oil, Worchestershire, Tabasco, sugar, wine and salt to make marinade.
2. Place kabob meat and marinade into sturdy plastic bag or glass dish.
3. Marinade for 30 minutes.
4. Skewer meat and vegetables (if desired) seperately due to varying cook times.
5. Prepare meat according to package instructions or desired doneness.
