Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c sliced almonds
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 T milk
- Flour as needed

Preparation
Step 1
Chop 1/4 c almonds; set aside. Finely grind remaining 1 1/2 c almonds in processor. Stir sugar into almonds. Stir 2/3 egg white and vanilla into mix until dough forms. Turn dough onto floured board and knead in just enough flour to make workable. Shape into balls, roll into cylinders, brush with egg white, dip into chopped almonds. 375 deg. for 12 mins.
