- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 (3 oz) package peach jello
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 TBL conrnstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 TBL butter

Step 1
Mix the jello, sugar and cornstarch together; then add water. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Then add the butter. Set aside to cool.
Add sliced peaches and pour into pie shell.
This can also be used as a gaze for angel food cake, ice-cream or cheesecake. May want to increase water amount to 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 if it's going to be used as a glaze rather than a pie.
