Ingredients

  • 8 " pie shell
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb swiss cheese, grated
  • 5 lg eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • Meat of choice - sausage, bacon, ham
  • (enough to cover bottom of pie shell)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 deg. Saute onions. Cover bottom with cubed cream cheese. Add meat and onion. Top with swiss cheese. Mix milk and eggs (add a little nutmeg). Pour over top Bake 15 mins, reduce temp to 350 deg and bake 30 mins. longer.
