  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbs. sugar

Kitchenaid Mixer...wire whip...shield helpful

1. Chill wire whip and mixing bowl in freezer for at least 15 minutes.
2. Pour cream and vanilla in mixer bowl. Using the wire whip gradually turn the mixer to speed 8, and with mixer running gradually add the sugar.
3. Whip until the cream holds very stiff peaks, about 7 to 10 minutes. Be sure and whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks.

Makes about 3 cups. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator for no more than 1 day.
