Ingredients
- Any kind of pasta you like
- Red onion
- Red roasted peppers (in the bottle)
- Sundried tomatoes (in the bottle)
- Artichoke hearts (in the bottle)
- You can use peperoni, or salami, or both - I like peperoni
- Pinenuts are good too – I didn’t have them in ours Sunday
- Kalamata Olives
- Feta Cheese
- Fresh basil
- Any Italian dressing you like

Preparation
Step 1
Italian dressing you like, here is the one we had
½ C. White Vinegar
½ C. Veggie Oil
¼ to 1/3 C. Sugar (depending on how sweet you like it, I used 1/4)
1 ½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. garlic POWDER – not salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Shake until dissolved. It’s better if you can let the dressing sit for a while to season
