Super Easy Ritz Cracker Breading

"We usually use this on fish but it really works for just about anything!"

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely crushed Ritz crackers
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Crush Ritz crackers. Mix in pepper. Dip food item of choice into egg then into Ritz cracker mix. Fry in 350°F oil until done.

This is a great breading for fish! I use it a lot. I also have used the buttery flavor crackers too. Very good.

I had some Orange Roughy filets that I used this breading on. It turned out perfectly moist and tender with a crunchy breading. So easy and so good. This is great when you don't want a quick and easy meal.
