Ingredients

  • 8 cups Potatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • 4 cups Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream

Cooking time 40mins

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 13”x9” pan.

Add cooked, cubed potatoes to the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix melted margarine, salt, soup, sour cream, and grated cheese and chopped green onions.

Pour mixture over the potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-40 minutes until the cheese bubbles
