Mary’s Delicious Dessert

Ingredients

• For crust:
• 2 C flour
• 1/2 C chopped nuts
• 1/2 C soft margarine
• Next layer:
• 1/2 C powdered sugar
• 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
• 1 C cool whip
• Next layer:
• 2 - 3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
• 3 C milk
• toasted coconut
• cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Blend flour, nuts and margarine and press into ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Cream sugar and cheese. Then fold in cool whip. Spread on crust

Cool pudding and pour over 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and 1/2 tsp. toasted coconut. Refrigerate until ready to use.
