Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken breast, grilled & chopped
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup TexMex Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Step 1
Heat BBQ to medium heat. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing, lime juice and chilli powder. Add to the chicken mixture; toss to coat. Spoon down centres of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Grill, seam-side down, 8 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
