Too Easy Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18-ounce) white or yellow cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted butter, margarine or kanola oil
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, stir cake mix, butter and milk until well combined. Break egg into mixing bowl and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix in.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. You could also add chopped walnuts or just leave them plain.
