Chocolate Chip Cookie, Ultimate

Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter flavor crisco
• 1 1/4 c light brown sugar
• 2 T milk
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 3/4 t baking soda
• 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Combine crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until creamy. Beat egg into mix until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded T 3" apart on ungreased sheet. Bake for 8-10 mins for chewy cookies; 11-13 for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheet 2 mins. Remove to cooling rack.
