Ingredients
- 1 cup finely diced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Rippled potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid is absorbed. Cool. Combine Sour Cream, horseradish and salt; stir in mushroom mixture. Chill several hours.
Serve with potato chips.
