Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsps flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

Step 1
Just mix together and cook.
Top with frozen berries that have been heated instead of syrup.
Makes 3 pancakes or 1 serving.
