Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 med. lettuce torn in pieces
  • 2 med tomaoe's chopped
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 Avacodo chopped - 1 cup
  • 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 2 cups taco flavored torritta chips
  • about 5 1/2 oz pkg of coarsely crushed
  • 1/4 cut creamy French Dressing
  • 1 can of Kidney Beans

Preparation

Step 1

In med. skillett, brown beef, stirring to keep crumbly. Drain.

add salt, kidney beans & simmer uncovered for about 15 min's.

In large bown combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avacado and cheese.

Add taco chips, salad dressing and hot meat mixture.

Serve at once.
