Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spagetti noodles cooked
  • 2 24 oz. jars of spagetti sauce
  • 2 lbs. ground beef. browned
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsps. all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsps. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded & divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine spagetti noodles, sause and ground beef. Set aside
In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter add flour, parmesan cheeese and garlic. Stir constantly until smooth and bubbly. Add evaporated milk and pour half of the spagetti noodle mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over top. Pour remaining noodle mixture into casserole;top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
