Ingredients
- 28 ounces ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup torn basil
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, parsley and basil into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
