- Add green onion (chopped)
- Dill ( to your taste

Preparation
Step 1
Try to use the more tender, smaller beet leaves. If they are too big, just break them apart.
Let the leaves wilt until they are soft pliable.
Roll the rice mixture up in the leaves, and fill a buttered casserole dish.
Add enough sweet cream to just reach the top of rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes ( until cream is bubbling )
These rolls freeze very well, thaw and add cream and bake for a special treat all winter.
