Ingredients
- 6 Cups Oats
- 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup Pecan Halves
- 1 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 2/3 Cup Cranberry Juice
- 3 tbsp. Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 6 tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Raisins, Craisins, Dates, Prunes (optional)

Step 1
In a large bowl mix together oats, sunflower seeds, pecans and almonds. In a small saucepan mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil gently until it becomes a syrup. Pour hot mixture over dry mixture and spread onto a large baking sheet - or 2 of them depending on the size of the baking sheet. There should be a thin layer of the mixture so it hardens. Bake at 325 for about 16 minutes or until brown. If you want to add raisins or dried cranberries, etc add them at this point and bake for another 6 minutes.
