Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped and sweetened.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ina saucepan, combine butter and water, bring to vigorous boil.
Reduce heat to low, add flour and salt which have been sifted together. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat. Cool for 30 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating with wooden spoon.
On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet place 1 tablespoon of dough mixture 2" apart from one another. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
When cream puffs are cooled, cut a hole in the side of each. Fill with sweetened whipped cream.
