Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 (16 oz.) can whole- kernel corn
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) package dry elbow macaron
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onion in oil. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for one hour. Turn to low and cook 4 more hours. Sprinkle with cheese and cook 10 mimutes more.
