- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the potatoes and enough lightly salted water to cover in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain. Cool slightly. Cut the potatoes into 2-inch pieces.
Place the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar and lemon juice in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Add the potatoes to the pot. Toss gently.
Place the potato mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Bake until the sauce is bubbling, about 10 minutes. Serve.
