Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

By

These are my kids’ favorite chocolate chip cookies. They don’t stick around too long! Since there are only two of us, I put the dough in the fridge. Then when firm, I use a small scoop and put them on a cookie sheet with wax paper and cover with plastic wrap till frozen. Then throw them in freezer bag. We have fresh cookies anytime we want them. The premade cookie dough at the store is expensive and you only get about 24 cookies.Plus you know what is in your cookies if you make them yourself enjoy!
