Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cucumber, chopped and peeled (the peels can be bitter in this soup)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place all in a blender, except for avocado and cilantro. Blend until smooth. Pour into soup bowls and garnish with avocado and cilantro.
