Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Salted pretzels
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 2 eggs
- 2 T butter
- canola oil
- 1 T flour
- 2 c milk
- 2 c grated sharp cheddar
- 1 c extra sharp white cheddar
- 2 heaping T spicy brown mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken. Crush pretzels. Beat eggs with splask of water. Heat oil. Coat Chicken with egg and pretzels - fry. Melt butter, add flour & cook for 1 min. Whisk in milk. Once boiling, stir in cheese & mustard w/ wooden spoun. Season w/ salt & pepper. Serve with save over chicken.
