Ingredients
- Pie Filling:
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 4 C peeled, sliced fresh peaches
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/2 C sour cream
- Topping:
- 2 T butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1/3 C flour

Preparation
Step 1
Pile peaches into pie crust and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat eggs, add 1/3 C brown sugar, 1 T flour, nutmeg and sour cream. Mix until well blended and pour over peaches.
Combine butter, 2 T b sugar, and 1/3 C flour. Blend til crumbs form. Sprinkle over top of pie.
Place pie in 450 degree preheated oven. Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 25 min or until filling is firm.
