Ingredients
- POT PIE NOODLES:
- Chicken
- 2 T salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 c diced celery
- 5 med potatoes, diced
- 4 small onions
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T butter
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in 3 qts. water with salt, pepper and celery. Cut chicken and replace in stock; add potatoes and onion and simmer 5 mins. Drop in noodles; cook until done @ 20 mins. To thicken gravy add 1/4 c flour to 1/2 c water. NOODLES: Combine dry ingredients Cut butter in thoroughly. Stir in beaten egg. Roll out thin and cut into 2 inch squares. Drop into gravy and cook.
