Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh basil, torn
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 16-oz. pkg. linguine, cooked
- Garnish: shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and basil in a large bowl; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; mix well and toss with hot cooked linguine. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
