12 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1 cup whole milk
gel-paste food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

put sugar in a large bowl and gradualy add milk while wisking untill consistancy is a heavy cream. Tint with food coloring. If glaze becomes to thick add more milk; if becomes to thin add more sugar. Use immediatly.
