Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans; drain and reserve liquid
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 T tahini
- 3/4 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t paprika
- 10 Greek olives

Preparation
Step 1
Mince garlic in food processor. Add black beans, 2 T reserved liquid, 2 T lemon juice, tahini, 1/2 t cumin, 1/2 t salt, 1/8 t cayenne pepper; process until smooth. Add additional seasonings and liquid to taste. Garnish with paprika and Greek olives.
