Ingredients

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 3 Tablespoons sugar
• 3 Tablespoons butter
• 4 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 Tablespoons flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.


Combine cream cheeese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla, pour over crust.


Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250, continue baking 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan cool before removing rim. Chill
Top with pie filling just before serving.
