Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, boiled & shredded
  • 1 12oz bottle favorite red pepper hot sauce
  • 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 16oz bottle ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, grated
  • Thick tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 deg. In a 9x13 pan, combine chicken with the bottle of hot sauce to make an even layer.

In a medium saucepan, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing and cook over medium heat until smooth. Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with the celery and top with the shredded cheese.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Don't let the top brown. Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes before serving.
