Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup pimiento olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce (optional)
- Package of sliced almonds

Step 1
Place first 5 ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly using your hands. Form into ball.
Sprinkle almonds on sheet of plastic wrap and roll ball in sliced almonds until outside is covered. Wrap in clean plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12-24 hours before serving, or freeze for later use
